A system failure can ruin your
day when you need it most.
Routine maintenance is a way of preventing
failures and can save you money on your air conditioning
and heating utility bills.
It is a documented and proven fact
that properly maintained air conditioners and furnaces operate
much more efficiently than equipment that is not maintained.
At RHR Mechanical Contractors, Inc,
we send only highly trained technicians to work on your
equipment and you can rest assured that they will do a professional,
courteous and thorough maintenance on your unit.
We offer three (3) plans
for your convenience.
PLAN A
Planned Maintenance – two (2) maintenance calls per
year – one each heating and cooling season. Purpose:
to inspect and advise you of any needed repair. (No repairs
are made without your approval.)
Our inspections include the
following:
- Proper Voltage - Condensate Pump
- Change Filters - Electrical Connections
- Oil Motors - Condenser Coil
- Check Belts - Evaporator Coil
- Heat Exchangers - Thermostat
- Burners - Proper Refrigerant
Priority Emergency Service –
should you have a breakdown, our service technicians will
respond to your call as a priority. We service our contract
customers first.
Discount on Repairs – When
you become a RHR service contract customer, you are entitled
to a 10% discount on labor and parts for repairs.
PLAN B
Includes all items in Plan A. Also includes labor (you pay
only for parts).
PLAN C
Includes all items in Plans A and B. Also includes parts*.
*The compressor, heat exchanger,
coils or electric heat elements will be replaced at no charge
ONLY when covered by manufacturer’s warranty. If the
part fails out of warranty, there will be a charge for the
part; labor is included.

Because every commercial HVAC system
is different and has unique needs, RHR Mechanical Contractors,
Inc will propose a customized annual maintenance agreement.
We will visit your site to evaluate your HVAC equipment;
we will then custom design the kind of schedule and tasks
that are specific to your company’s needs. A Maintenance
Agreement proposal with price quote will then be submitted
to you for your approval.
